- About the Deposit
- To prevent losses from no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we collect a deposit at the time of reservation.
The deposit will be applied toward your bill on the day of your visit. If your total exceeds the deposit amount, the difference will be paid at the restaurant.
- Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees apply for customer-initiated cancellations:
・Up to 2 days before: Free (full refund)
・Day before: 50% of deposit
・Day of: 100% of deposit
・No-show: 100% of deposit
- Refund Policy
- If cancelled within the cancellation deadline, a refund will be issued minus any payment processing fees.
If we are unable to operate due to circumstances on our end (natural disaster, equipment failure, etc.), the full deposit will be refunded.
- Changes to Party Size
- A cancellation fee may apply for reductions in the number of guests.
